Citazione:
But no bouncing, bikini-clad babes frolicked in fantastical ancient Greece. Instead, that distinction belonged solely to Kevin Sorbo, who played Hercules; Lucy Lawless, who played Xena; and Renee O'Connor, who played Gabrielle, Xena's right-hand woman — and who are all reunited in the action film "The Bitch Slap," which comes out Jan. 8 in theaters. Sorbo, Lawless and O'Connor make cameos in the flick, which focuses on three "bad girls" (a stripper, killer and corporate high-up) who try to squeeze money out of an underworld tycoon. "Zombie Strippers" levels of badness, here we come.

Yet while the film may not sound so hot, the idea of Sorbo, Lawless and O'Connor together after years of crossover episodes on "Hercules" and "Xena" seems like a pretty nerdy, wonderfully great idea. Just ignore all the mythology-swiping that went down — mixing Greek legends with Loki, Odin and even Vlad (that's Dracula to some of you) may seem random, but hey, it made for good TV. And what are some of the best moments each of them had on those shows, you might ask? We've gone ahead and gathered the faves — and no, none of them has to do with Xena's and Gabrielle's possibly lesbian relationship. Let it go, people. This ain't "The L Word."

XENA
It's undeniable that the black leather-clad, knife-wielding Xena helped pave the way for other supergirl figures in television, like Buffy and Sidney Bristow, but she managed to kick so much ass during the show's six years that it's hard to settle on just one tough-girl moment. As a straightforward, somewhat ruthless woman trying to make up for her crappy deeds as a warlord back in the day, Lawless was fantastic, effortlessly balancing the show's more slapstick moments (silly fighting sequences, goofy jokes, run-ins with famous Greek philosophers and the like) while also managing to seem totally fearless (that chakram was lethal, man). It only makes sense, then, that her best moment would come in battle — and it does in the show's fifth season finale, when Xena slaughters a number of gods, including Zeus' daughter Athena, to protect her daughter, Eve. Parents talk about moving mountains for their kids; Xena killed most of the Olympian deities. What have your mom and dad done for you lately?
